Depending on the property, different kinds of inspections may be necessary, and we always offer the most efficient and budget-friendly inspection strategy possible. For example, if a structural inspection is indicated, we’ll wait for results before arranging for a home inspection, so that you don’t waste money before realizing that the place is a money pit. We’ll always be onsite during regular home inspections, and we do deep dives on assessments to avoid any surprises later in the process. We want you to know the property–its features, yes, but also its issues.
